Been very very lazy to update my blog recently...
Had quite a number of outings & had some inspiration...
But just didnt seem to interest to blog...
Anyhow... Been surfing the net & in some career forum recently (www.lowyat.net)
Kind of regret going in there... there were this tread about what job can earn u 10k before u hit the age of 30? Another thread was basically about ppl sharing their pay & others commenting...
Just to share what i gleen from that thread... (In summary...)
Legal jobs to earn 10k by the age of 30.
1. People in the O & G industry - (Esp. those working offshore)
FYI - Pipeline engineer - 18k at the age of 28
2. People who are in the marine line (Even normal cabin crew)
FYI - MISC Crew Junior 6K plus
3. People who work in the air (Esp - Pilots)
FYI - 2nd in line pilot (AirAsia) earns at least 7k (achievable by age 25)
4. Sales (The top 10 - 15% in the company)
E.g. Insurance, Real Estate, MLM even... zzzz
5. Free-lancers ( Those with Particuliar skill)
E.g. Programming, Music, Consultancy....
& Many more....
So easy meh? That means the people in general are a failure?
However based on Inland Revenue Report - 38,000 out of 10.5 million person (0.36%) is for the top tax bracket (those making RM250k and above.)
Facts or Just 'Blow Water' - Decide for yourself....
But sometimes the main point is just satisfied & grateful...
"Richer getting richer; Poor getting poorer" - Look around before complaining !!

geologist can also earn lots of money since the position are very niche.. fyi, the allowance if u go offshore is US$ 100 ++ per day... depending on the company...However, there are cost to pay actually if u want to earn that amount of money.. Their jobs are very risky/ stressful/ need lotsssssss of efforts, ideas and time (referring to freelancer) ..conclusion is money doesnt come easily lo... :)

Didnt have to mood to blog ... thats why briefly summarize...
I m not complaining actually cuz basically the company that pay u RM 10 would expect to get at least 10 x more...
But sometimes, when u really compare - a normal executive could be earning just 3k but that doesnt mean that he put in less effort in comparison with the free-lancer.
No definately conclusion anyhow.. Just how u view the situation...
so.. i guess calvin ur in #4 lo? =p

Me earning very little only...Haha...
I am the bottom 10% in the company...
Sometimes I do think its not how much u earn, its how much u can save...
& I don think ur future looks bleak - its bright... follow the light & follow the tunnel to the end = P (Jk)
