Another random post.

Busy husle & busle of life. When u really take time to ponder over matters - when u start doing the thinking. You start to somehow discern that you do have needs & feelings & wants & emotions.

How am I feeling right now? Not a new feeling to me - not really emo / down. But close to that, however still able to rasionalize & can be easily push aside if i choose to do so...

Things changed...I changed too - Minor or perhaps drastic - I myself wouldn't really know either. For gud or for the worst? Cant really tell...

Perhaps I am just thru the down phrase in life's cycle.

Or perhaps I just need to take some time off to relax & leave everything for a few days.

I took a few days off - so, we'll see how it turns out after this short 'relaxation'

Coming recession - Brace urself...

Here goes.

Recession is coming ... make your own judgment, don't panic !! Do what is wise.
The recession looks very eminent.. It is really time to take pro active steps to avoid a painful time in the next two years which is how long the recession is expected to last.

Suggestions:

1. Don't take any loans, buy homes, properties with loans, or even cash. Keep as much cash as possible.
* Or putting it cash in bank account but redrawable easily.
2. Pay off as much of personal loans, private loans, as debt collection will be hastened.
3. Sell any stocks you can even at lower prices. (Maybe not so relevant)
4. Take money off from Trust Funds. (Maybe not so relevant)
5. Don't believe in huge sales forecast from customers, be extremely prudent, lowest inventories, reduce liabilities.
6. Don't invest in new capital.
7. If you are selling homes/ properties/ cars , do it now, when you can get good prices, they are going to fall.
8. Don't invest in new business proposals.
9. Cancel holiday plans using credit cards. (Does not apply if ur loaded)
10. Don't change jobs, as companies will retrench based on 'last in first out'.

Stay cool, wait, and if you took all of the above actions and more, you probably will be better off then many.

This is not a rumor. Bear Stearns is the first of many banking and financial institutions that will start falling in the not too future. If Bear Stearns can fall, so can JP Morgan, Citibank, HSBC, and the whole world.

US economy falls, the rest will crumble. India and all those self economies will be the most protected, but not gullible. Europe may be a little stronger, but not China , another giant! Malaysia will see significant impact

Since starting working with my current company - without realizing, its been 14 months.

Coming to think of it... I am actually quite amazed with myself. Amazed that I am still here & surprised myself with results that previously thought quite impossible to achieve.

Unsatisfied?

Been very very lazy to update my blog recently...

Had quite a number of outings & had some inspiration...

But just didnt seem to interest to blog...

Anyhow... Been surfing the net & in some career forum recently (www.lowyat.net)

Kind of regret going in there... there were this tread about what job can earn u 10k before u hit the age of 30? Another thread was basically about ppl sharing their pay & others commenting...

Just to share what i gleen from that thread... (In summary...)

Legal jobs to earn 10k by the age of 30.

1. People in the O & G industry - (Esp. those working offshore)
FYI - Pipeline engineer - 18k at the age of 28
2. People who are in the marine line (Even normal cabin crew)
FYI - MISC Crew Junior 6K plus
3. People who work in the air (Esp - Pilots)
FYI - 2nd in line pilot (AirAsia) earns at least 7k (achievable by age 25)
4. Sales (The top 10 - 15% in the company)
E.g. Insurance, Real Estate, MLM even... zzzz
5. Free-lancers ( Those with Particuliar skill)
E.g. Programming, Music, Consultancy....

& Many more....

So easy meh? That means the people in general are a failure?

However based on Inland Revenue Report - 38,000 out of 10.5 million person (0.36%) is for the top tax bracket (those making RM250k and above.)

Facts or Just 'Blow Water' - Decide for yourself....

But sometimes the main point is just satisfied & grateful...

Hello people...

Been busy & quite lazy to update my blog... feeling a bit guilty bout that XD

Oh well.. past week was been all bout sales target... tried to adjust & not to focus everything on sales... not easy thou... last week felt that i could not archieve target for this month... thought it was a gud time to re-adjust how i looked at things...(but with not much progress) - feeling of downness & all the emo-ness started to show itself..

But things didnt turn out so bad as i expect... I got another personal record. Thanks to Flamingo International College. Really unexpected - quite happy & unbelievable for myself... Guess I am still on track to hit this month's target.. !!!
